Sterling silver 925 whale tail pendant with Maori engraving detail. On sterling chain or black slip knot cord.
Finished by hand to a high polish. This lovely whales tail design is inspired by my time in Kaikoura. These are uniquely NZ designs hand made by my partner & I. The original is carved in bone & cast in sterling silver

The whale tail has great significance in Maori culture as a symbol for the journey. Maori Mythology tells how the first Maori came to New Zealand on the back of a Whale. This symbol brings great protection in & around the water and strength on spiritual journeys through life, a great piece for an ocean lover..

Measures 2.5cm from the top of the whale tail to the lowest point and is 25mm or 1 inch at the widest part. Hung on a quality sterling 925 chain & clasp. 46cm long or I can custom make this at a different length with no extra charge.
Please specify Sterling chain or black cord.

Pendant will be sent in a velvet gift pouch with my hand written descriptive card, ready for giving or just treating yourself.

I use NZ post which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive within NZ. Overseas parcels are insured and can take 2 weeks to arrive. Items are safely packaged.
