This stunning little box is made from native New Zealand Rimu, one of the world's most beautifully grained and highly sought after timbers.
The timber is a rich red with light and dark blonde streaks, and the characterful grain that Rimu is renowned for.
The solid brass knob is hand turned and polished.
The box has been lined with fine velvet to protect jewellery pieces, and finished with a light wax polish.
Carefully hand crafted using traditional methods from a small studio in Kapiti, and in immaculate, brand new condition.
