Grandpa's Secret

This was my grandpa's secret in his cooking, hence the name.A highly concentrated combination of herbs and vegetables to stir into soups, casseroles, stews, vegetable dishes just before serving to add that extra zing. Can be used as a coating of roast meats when searing before roasting. Not to be cooked or eaten straight from the jar as a spread. No artificial ingredients or colouring. Very long shelf life and to be used in very small quantities so it goes a long way. All made in our Gunyah kitchens using traditional methods.
