Fun and frolicsome skirt.

Cute and fun floral/polka dot fabric skirt in cotton. Hem as white bias binding with a band of red ric rac and a band of yellow ric rac.
Front has a patch pocket from a Mr Men piece of fabric and this is finished with a quaint bow.

Elasticated waistband allows many sizes to fit.
