Handprinted Lime/Orange Flax flowers Teatowel

100% Cotton Tea towel - Handprinted in Parua Bay, Northland.
TheFlax flower design is individually printed using layer upon layer of vibrant colours, onto a white cotton teatowel. Inspired by nature this design was hand drawn by artist Lucy Bilyard.

HARAKEKE - FLAX Unique to New Zealand, harakeke was used traditionally for its strength and healing properties. It continues to be popular in oils, creams and remedies.
The flowers (korari) attract Tui and other birdlife.
