Jasper and Sterling Silver Pendant
The feature of this pendant is the gorgeously patterned Jasper cabochon. With the darker brown background a pattern of spots or splodges of both beige and russet brown can clearly be seen.
The gemstone is securely wire wrapped in sterling silver with symmetrical shaping on either side of the stone. After forming the bail of the pendant, two of the wires have then been twisted and a set of three wires then sweeps across the front of the pendant from both sides. Spirals have also been formed on either side of the bail.
