To use heated:
Microwave your wheat bag with a glass of water for approximately 2 minutes. For the larger sizes microwave for about one and a half minutes, turn over, and microwave for another one and a half minutes.

To use cold:
Refrigerate or freeze in a sealed plastic bag for approximately one hour.

Caution:
Test the temperature before applying to the skin surface; always allow the bag to cool completely before reheating; do not overheat your bag. Do not leave your wheat bags unattended with children under 3 years old.
