Gold Luxe: wrap bracelet loaded with creamy pearls, moonstone, and gold

Faux pearls and semiprecious stones in creamy hues, interspersed with gold beads, adorn gold-plated memory wire to form this luxurious, one-of-a-kind, wrap-around statement bracelet.

The beads include:
Chips of semiprecious moonstone,
Small, smooth gold-plated beads,
Gold plated filigree beads, large and small,
Semiprecious snow quartz,
Semiprecious howlite,
And an assortment of glass pearls in shades of vanilla, ivory, and cream. Some are smooth and round; others are ‘baroque’ shaped or dimpled to resemble freshwater pearls.

Memory wire is very strong and will hold its shape even under great stress — hence the name: the wire 'remembers' its shape. To wear this bracelet, simply wrap it around your wrist. It will stay there until you unwrap it: no clasp necessary.
Quartz is the second most common mineral on earth, and it has been used for jewellery and carvings since antiquity. Pure quartz is clear and transparent, but quartz also occurs in a huge variety of colours, which are caused by various inclusions in the mineral. Some types of quartz — such as amethyst and citrine — are regarded as semiprecious stones. Quartz comes in an extraordinary variety of colours and patterns, which are typically given descriptive names. ‘Snow quartz’ is slightly translucent white, with the occasional tiny black inclusion.
Howlite was discovered at Tick Canyon, California in 1868 by Henry How (1828-1879), a Canadian chemist, geologist, and mineralogist. The howlite beads in this bracelet are round and parchment-coloured, with brown veining which gives them an aged, cracked look.

This striking bracelet has an inside diameter of approximately 50mm, and will comfortably fit a 16–17cm wrist. It is designed to wrap six times, giving the appearance of six strands of beads around the wrist. The bracelet can be made to sit further up on the wrist, like a cuff bracelet, or it can be worn looser and low on the wrist. The slimmer your wrist, the looser the fit will be.
The moonstone chip beads may look spiky and uncomfortable to wear, but when the bracelet is worn the chips naturally rotate themselves around the wire to sit as flat as possible against the wearer's wrist. After a few minutes of wearing, the chips will have aligned themselves to sit as comfortably as possible.
