Pink Quilt Handmade Vintage Silk Kimono Barkcloth OOAK - Pink 01

This gorgeous quilt is made from vintage silk kimonos, vintage silk obi, vintage (cotton) barkcloth and found pieces of vintage Japanese silk.

I have pieced together several different sized panels and patches of light to rose pink coloured silk, with floral and abstract patterning and white vintage barkcloth featuring cherry blossom patterning in pink, green and gold.

The reverse side of the quilt is made from a piece of upcycled, hand dyed grey linen and the middle of the quilt is padded with a soft cotton wadding.


This quilt is the perfect size for your knees, or can be used in a child's cot or on a small bed.
