Serenity Prayer beads are designed to be an aid to prayer and meditation. You hold them in your hand and use the 7 beads in the circle to work through the lines of the Serenity Prayer. Prayer beads have been used by many faiths for thousands of years as a way of engaging both the mind and the body in personal prayer and meditation time.
Many of our customers find that running the beads through their fingers can help bring calm in challenging situations. They come with a card with the Serenity Prayer and some suggestions for using the beads.
This is a smaller set of prayer beads, easily carried in your hand or pocket. I've used white howlite beads linked together with silver art wire - this natural stone is said to be calming and soothing. At the front is a lovely double-sided Celtic cross.
Length: 21cm from mid-back to end of cross
Cross: 3.25cm x 2cm
Suitable for men or women, these beads are a great aid to personal prayer and meditation. They make a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one, especially for anyone in recovery.
