This unusual woodcut brooch has been made by adhering a vintage illustration of a spaceship to 1/8" thick wood board and cutting with a laser cutting machine. It is finishes with multiple layers of varnish, and the reverse is painted black. A pin is attached securely to the back and the brooch measures approx 5.75cm in width.
