Here in New Zealand are know as "yoyo" flowers
These headbands are made from new and good quality materials: cotton fabric - soft elastic headband - buttons - sometimes vintage - covered. The yoyo or fuxico flower are stitched to the headband then glued with hot non toxic glue to a coordinating felt backing.
