Measuring 1 x 1 ¼ inches, I am a miniature, wearable journal for your thoughts. I’m dressed in a tiny rustic piece of distressed brown leather reminiscent of milk chocolate. I’m completed by a tiny leather wrap around tie to keep your words safe.
Open me up, and you’ll find I begin & end with beautiful hand marbled paper made where blues & creams swirl in unison. In between, I’m filled with 36 sheets (72 pages) of tea-stained paper to write your little secrets, sketches, mantras & such. Hand torn, my pages have been lovingly stitched with Irish linen thread ensuring I’ll be a long lasting friend.
Nestled along my side are my tiny treasure friends: a vintage hammered heart pendant with a beautiful verdigris patina measuring 30mm x 28mm, and an 18mm wide vintage high dome acrylic cabochon, which has features earthy swirls of brown & green. This piece rests inside a brass scalloped setting.
We hang from a fine bronze link chain which secures with a lobster clasp. Our entire length of 16 ½ inches (33 inches from end to end**) makes us a splendid, unique accessory that you can wear, read & admire all at once!
