Black & White Chair

Resplendent in crisp black and white, this fab retro chair makes a terrific statement piece.

Carefully restored, the sturdy wooden frame has been revived with in a gloss black with a hardy 2-pot paint finish (an industrial strength spray method that is used on heavy use surfaces, such as kitchen cabinets) while the cushions have been fully reupholstered with new firm foam, lining and finished in Ikea’s 100% heavy duty cotton Gunvor furnishing fabric.

The bottom springs are also neatly covered by durable lined quilted padding as you can see from the photographs and the rear springs have been covered using a lined black velvet.

This comfy chair is a standard size - 850mm from the top of the back to the floor, with the seat 420mm from the ground. The cushions are approximately 560mm x 440mm.
