Listing image #15019
This is super-soft New Zealand Merino that has been handpainted in yellows, reds and oranges – flames warming you in when scorching sunshine on midsummer’s day is still six months away. I can imagine a very cute baby beanie/scarf combo knitted with this yarn.

The yarn is not plied, but slightly felted, which gives it a springy feel. It is DK (similar to an 8ply) and 550g yield app 125m. 22 st x 30rows = 10x10 cm.

One 50g ball available. Please note that I have some Perendale wool in the same colourway available.

Suitable for knitting, crocheting, felting, embroidering, weaving and other crafts.

The "small" print:
My hand-dyed wools are non-repeatable runs, which means once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. Please hand wash your wool with care. Wool labelled “superwash” you can cold machine wash. I take great care to achieve beautiful results that are lightfast and colourfast, but sometimes there is a tiny amount of colour running out of the wool at first, so wash your item separately.

I only dye one batch of the same colourway at a time. Each listing will tell you the amount of wool I have in total. If, for example, the listing is for 50g and I have 150g in total – but you want 100g – please let me know so I can create a new listing for you. Postage is, of course, only to be paid once.

Please inquire for overseas shipping.

If you’re not satisfied with your wool you can return it to me in original condition, i. e. with label attached and at your own cost in exchange for a different wool or a refund minus bank fees.
If you’re buying more than one item you’re only paying postage once.

If you’re happy with your wool, please let me know and don’t forget to place feedback.
