How do I set up my shop?

To set up a shop, you need to create a Felt account.

Your username will be the name of your shop and subdomain (see How do people find my shop?) so choose carefully! Usernames can be up to twelve characters long and must contain no capitals, spaces or punctuation other than hyphens and underscores.

When you click Submit, you will be sent an email containing your password to log in. You can change this password once you’ve logged in. Passwords must be 6 to 12 characters long and may contain letters and numbers.

Listings on Felt work on a prepay system, so your next step is to add credit to your account with a minimum of $10. To do this, click on "sell" - if your account has no credit you'll be taken to instructions for adding a top-up to your account, either by bank deposit or via Paypal. Please note top-ups made by bank deposit may take 2-3 working days to clear.

Once you have a credit in your account you're ready to list!
