Comment after amiana bought #4820 from tommonster

Terrible customer service - actually completely non-existent. Received no communication from seller whatsoever - Even after I sent a message inquiring as to the status of the package. Had no idea if the package was on it's way or not yet posted - nothing - which understandably can make one quite anxious especially buying online from someone who has not yet had a sale. I would also suggest that you add some kind of scale - yes, you state the size of the item but giving some kind of visual indication of the scale of the item would be GREAT. Also did you know that items that small can be sent for $2.50 parcel post NZ Wide? I bet buyers would appreciate more postage options - I certainly would have.
