Where’s my purchase?
If your purchase hasn’t arrived within the timeframe you’d expect it to, please contact the seller directly via Felt’s messaging system.
To do this, log in to Felt and go to purchases in the top dropdown username menu. To the right of each image on the list you will find a link to contact the seller.
If it appears that the item has gone missing during shipping, please ask the seller to follow this up for you with their shipping provider.
If you don’t get a response from the seller within a few days, contact Felt support and we’ll follow this up for you.
