How do I pay for my purchase?

During the checkout process you’ll be asked to choose one of the payment options that each seller offers, which may include cash on pickup, bank deposit, Paypal or credit card via Paypal.

If you choose to pay by bank deposit, the email notification you receive from Felt will contain the bank account details of the seller(s), so that you can pay them directly via internet banking.

If you choose to pay by Paypal or credit card via Paypal, you’ll find a link at the end of the checkout process which will take you to an automatically generated payment form on the Paypal website for each seller. This link will also be in the notification email you receive from us. Paypal is our facility for credit card payments. You do not need to sign up to Paypal to make payment this way – you can make payment as a guest if the seller has a business Paypal account.

If you’ve chosen Paypal and change your mind, and decide you’d rather pay via internet banking, just contact your seller – they’ll be able to supply you with their bank account details for payment via bank deposit. There is no need to purchase again.

If you choose to pay cash on pick-up, contact the seller via the contact system after purchase to arrange this.

You’ll also find all the details of your purchases on your purchases page (accessible from the username dropdown menu at the top of any page) including payment details and order status, as well as a contact link to send a message to the seller.
