How do I buy something on Felt?

Shopping on Felt is easy. When you find something you like, click the “add to basket” button. If you haven’t registered or logged in yet, you’ll be prompted to do so at this stage.

Once you’re logged in, make sure you’ve added all the goodies you’d like to your basket (you can view items in your basket by clicking on the “shopping basket” link in the username drop-down menu at the top of any page) and then complete the checkout process. Felt sends the details of the transaction to both you and the seller(s) by email. You’ll receive details of how to make payment to each seller and they will receive your nominated delivery address.

When you’ve made payment directly to each seller and the payment clears, they will send your item. You can monitor the progress of your purchases and let your seller(s) know when you’ve paid on your purchases page, accessible from the “purchases” link in the the username drop-down menu at the top of any page).
