How can I place feedback for a seller?

Feedback from previous transactions will help you assess how reliable another member is. Once you have completed a transaction on Felt, it’s important to place feedback that reflects your experience dealing with the other person.

To place feedback for a purchase you’ve made, log in to your account and click on purchases in the top dropdown username menu. To the right of each item on the list is a link to place feedback.

You will be asked to select a rating of “good”, “okay” or “bad”. You can also add a comment. When you have entered all the information you want, click “save feedback” and you’re done!
