How can I place feedback for a buyer?
Once your buyer has paid for their purchase and you’ve shipped it to them, you can place feedback. It’s important to place feedback that reflects your experience dealing with the other person.
To do this log in and go to My Account » Items I’ve Sold (under Shop). If you’ve clicked on Payment received and Item shipped, your sale will now appear under “shipped” tab. A “place feedback” button will appear on the right hand side beside each item you’ve sold.
You will be asked to select a rating of “good”, “okay” or “bad”. You can also add a comment.
When you have entered all the information you want, click “save feedback” and you’re done!
If you need to place feedback for a sale that has fallen through, you’ll need to do this before you contact Felt admin to cancel the sale.
