Alt.Shift.Craft, in association with original music festival Swampfest 2011, present their second alternative night market: This is Spinal Craft! Head along to Te Manawa Museum and Science Centre Foyer from 6 till 9pm this Friday 23 September for an evening of unique handmade out-there crafts featuring 27 local crafters and artisans.
Rumour has it that Smash Palace will be there with delicious gourmet caramel apples, and for a gold coin donation you can even try your hand at some of the crafts on show! Registrations will be taken at the door for a series of mini-workshops, from making Japanese juggling balls to creating a folio book – how awesome is that?
