Everything Vintage is on from 10am till 3pm this Saturday 4 April in Christchurch. Head along to Windsor School Community Hall, 170 Burwood Road (off QE2 Drive), to get your fix of true vintage and check out the vintage-inspired creations of Bean Bags, Citrus Daisy, Shaky Isles and In My Backyard. It’s a good idea to take some cash – it’s cash sales only, and you never know what you might find! Remember to take a $2 coin for admittance too.
New Brighton Market is on in Christchurch this weekend as well. It runs from 9am till 2pm this Saturday 4 April (and every first Saturday in the month) in New Brighton Mall. If you’re in the neighbourhood, stop by for a bite to eat and browse the stalls. Don’t forget to say hi to Martha of Winter Bloom and check out her gorgeous hand dyed and embellished vintage baby clothes. This month sees a great entertainment line-up too: Topia (10am), local Icelandic star, Hera (11am), Natural Magic Pirates (12 noon) and teen band Bughum (1pm).
