Fabric-a-brac, Saturday 21 May, Wellington

Fabric-a-brac is back, bringing fabric from the people to the people at St. Anne’s Hall in Newtown, Wellington on Saturday 21 May.

For inspiration prior to the market, head along to the early Look What I Found session with Ann Packer, from 8.30am until Fabric-a-brac opens at 9.15am. As well as being a writer, Ann is an obsessive textile junkie and will be showing off some of her lovely op shop finds and giving inspiration to fabric junkies. Her book Stitch is up for grabs on the day, too.

Admission to Look What I Found is $5 and proceeds will be donated to Hospice, plus coffee for those attending will be a bargain at $2 a cup to get you all fired up for the fabric fossicking ahead!

Fabric-a-brac itself is free and will be open from 9.15am till 12.30pm. Make sure it’s in your calendar and email Josie at fabricabracwgtn@gmail.com to book a place at Ann Packer’s session. Check out Fabric-a-brac on Facebook too, for crafty news and event updates!
