As you know, spam is a major concern out there on the internet.
Different email providers go to different lengths to counteract spam problems and the downside of this is that sometimes real, legitimate emails donâ€™t always get through.
We have noticed that our customers connecting through Xtra sometimes have difficulty getting Felt notification emails. If you have registered with Felt and have not received your log in details, this is probably why. The problem also affects sale and message notifications.
To solve this issue, log on to your webmail at http://webmail.xtra.co.nz and go to your spam email. From there you can add us to your safe senders list, and receive email from Felt as you receive all your other email.
