Daily 9am–5pm (weekends 10am–4pm), Central City Library, 44–46 Lorne Street. A nostalgic exhibition exploring the domestic side of New Zealand life before the 1980s. Admission free.
Saturday 1 October
9am–2pm, corner of Matai Street and Maunganui Road, Mt Maunganui. Held on the first Saturday of every month, a great market with all things crafty, designer and handmade. Admission free.
10am–2pm at Auckland Baptist Tabernacle, 429 Queen Street. Arts and crafts, vintage items, and yummy food. Parking available. Entry through back of church. Admission free.
Saturday 1 October
10am–2pm, St Anne's Hall, Newtown. Pick up fabulous vintage and modern fabric at bargain prices and help someone clear out their sewing hoard.
Saturday 22 October
Spring Fling Arts & Crafts Fair GIS
9.30am–3pm, Ilminster Intermediate School Hall, 70 De Lautour Road, Kaiti.Featuring a wide range of talented local artisans from Arts and Crafts Gisborne. Admission free.
Saturday 29 October
9am–12.30pm, St Columba Centre, 30 Vermont Street, Ponsonby. Pick up fabulous vintage and modern fabric at bargain prices and help someone clear out their sewing hoard. Live music, delectable treats from the Mercy Hospital Funraiser Cafe, admission free.
