I've been living in the Coromandel for almost four years, having travelled from my home in Brisbane, Australia. My intention was to Wwoof (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) all over New Zealand, but I only really made it as far as the Coromandel!
I've had a beautiful time living here, being surrounded by so much creativity and inspiration. I started working with clay when I was Wwoofing at 'Driving Creek Railway and Potteries'. One of the resident potters encouraged me to start working with clay and it was a natural progression from there.
I've always been creative and have worked with many different mediums, such as fabric, metal, wood, wool, painting, drawing......anything I can get my hands on really.
I love making things beautiful.
