There are a couple of ways you can contact another Felt user. Please note that it is against Felt's terms and conditions to use the messaging feature to exchange contact details or conduct a transaction that bypasses Felt's checkout.
Contacting a Seller
If you have an enquiry for a Felt seller, you can contact them through their shop using the contact link in the left hand column.
If you've made a purchase and wish to contact the seller, log in to your account and select "items you've bought" under Purchases on your main account page. This will show you a list of all your purchases. To the right of each item on the list is a link to contact the seller.
Contacting a Buyer
To contact someone who has made a purchase from you, log in to your account and select "items you've sold (orders)" under Shop on your main account page. This will show you a list of all your orders. To the right of each item on the list is a link to contact your buyer.
