Tāne Mahuta is a giant kauri tree in the Waipoua Forest of Northland. Its Māori name means "Lord of the Forest" from the name of a god in the Māori pantheon.
Printed onto Arches 88 paper, beautiful quality.
Size: 29cm (L) x 38cm (H)
The kauri wood used to make this print is hand carved and printed using a traditional, multiblock technique to build up the layers of colour.
The print is unframed and is part of a limited edition of 90.
It is titled and signed in pencil by Allan.
