Description

This gorgeous belt is made from vintage silk kimonos, vintage (cotton) barkcloth and found pieces of vintage silk.


It features a central panel made from a piece of vintage silk obi that is golden yellow with an all over red, silver, gold and green floral pattern, the ties are made from a piece of cream, orange and lilac kimono silk with abstract patterning.



The reverse side of this belt is made from a piece of vintage (cotton) barkcloth that is cream with a green, orange and yellow abstract and foliage pattern, the ties on this side are made from a piece of vintage obi silk that is golden yellow
.
The central panel of this belt is interfaced to provide extra support.
