My Ami Ana zigzag beanie is REBORN! - with a funky brim AND custom made to specifically fit your lil guy or girl! These beanies are made to my own pattern in 100% acrylic just like their "predecessor". Each beanie is made extra long to cover the ears (cos otherwise what's the point?!??!) and is roomy for that slouchy look - unless you'd prefer it more fitted! Like the "original" zigzag it is also made with double yarn (two strands crocheted together) to give it its special snug, soft, springy texture and also to help it keep it's shape. Acrylic yarn is a great alternative for those with sensitive skin and the beanie's double yarn texture compensates some for what it lacks in the softness and warmth that Wool touts so those of us with allergies aren't totally missing out! As for the brim, it's crocheted it in a manner so that it naturally juts out without the need of stiff pesky petersham or the like - which makes for a soft hat that is easy to clean! Handy. Light and warm. Unisex. Now - all that remains is what colours you'd like YOURS made in!
(Well "yours" in the loose sense of the word ie. yours = your child's) ; )
