Description
This square deep cream-coloured scrap-melamine resin portrait pin measures 25mm x 25mm.
Kate Sheppard led the women's emancipation movement in New Zealand, working tirelessly with a large group of like-minded women (and a handful of men) to bring about a law change which resulted in women being able to exercise the right to vote for the first time in the world in 1893. Sheppard's fierce belief in equality and social justice, and her unflagging commitment to change make her a truly unique figure in the history of New Zealand.
It is possible to make this pin in a bigger size and to request a particular colour as I have many options available. This may add a day or two to the receipt of your order - please feel free to message me to discuss options.
