I’m a journal with a little history on my side, as I was once a pair of olde boots. After being discovered in a pile of other unwanted shoes, I think I have found my true fate as a journal.

With my original worn rich brown leather, I have a weathered appearance and wise persona. The stitching from my previous life is still apparent, which adds to my flavour. On the inside of my front and back panels you’ll find vintage antiqued paper featuring Italian handwriting. Inside, there are 36 sheets (72 pages) of smooth tea stained paper to write your words. Hand torn & stitched with Irish linen thread, I’ll hold together for a lifetime.

Measuring 1 x 1 ½ inches, I hang from a fine antique bronze link chain which closes with a lobster clasp. When secured around the neck, my entire length measures 17 inches, meaning you can read or write in me while I am around your neck!

**To check this length is right for you, an idea is to take a piece of string and cut it to size, then tie it around your neck to see where I might sit.**
