Hannah - a handmade heirloom Susie Doll

Hannah is a freelance journalist living in Christchurch. Shes a self confessed bookworm and loves to curl up on the sofa with a great book and a cup of herbal tea. Her current book obsessions include the classics , but she also keeps a well stocked library of children's books in case her niece and nephew Flo and Ben come to visit. Their current favourite is the Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton - they all pile onto aunty Hannahs well worn sofa, eat popcorn and read about the lands at the top of the Faraway Tree!

Hannah comes with a beautiful turquoise and grey removable skirt, and a silver scarf, and her trusty companion, Alan, her teddy bear.

Each "Susie Doll" is handmade with care and love in my workshop in Birkenhead, Auckland. I mix and match beautiful vintage fabrics with op shop finds, pre loved vintage dolls clothes and handmade items to create heirloom dolls. Each doll is completely unique, so you know you have a one of a kind item to treasure.
Each doll comes packaged in her own vintage bag.
