A beautifully hand carved piece of genuine NZ Greenstone. I have made a copper bail fitting from pure copper wire into a koru design. The copper will deepen naturally with time but can be easily polished back to bright again with a little vinegar!.
The stone is a medium/dark green with light clouds of quartz & dark spots of iron commonly found in NZ greenstone. The stone is from the West coast of the South Island. It has been finished with a semi gloss polish. A ice wide piece with a toki style wedge carved into the bottom. Would be a nice piece for a man.

This piece measures 4.7cm long and 5mm thick. It has a nice weight, but doesn't feel heavy to wear. I have hung it on an adjustable slip knot cord made from black waxed cord which is very strong & durable.

Penadant will be sent in a little flax kete gift bag, ready for giving. Greenstone is believed to bring an energy of renewal, justice, courage and is a warm heart stone. Combined with copper, a pure earth metal that was treasured by the ancients for it's energy holding properties. Copper is known to improve the circulation & vitality.

I use NZ Parcel post which usually takes 2-3 days or choose courier post for the quickest option. Overseas parcels are insured and can take 2 weeks to arrive.
Thanks for looking at my work:-)
