I refurbish bassinets to make them look brand new and just perfect for your bundle of joy. I did one for my grandson, Tristan superbaby (3 weeks old and sleeping 6 hours). I have attached photos of it. better photos coming as soon as I can get to where they live!

The bassinet has a double layered skirt, canopy, quilt cover, two top sheets all trimmed with white, three hole broderie anglaise lace trim with 5mm blue satin ribbon threaded through it. The skirt has three bows on each layer, the canopy has one at the top and one on each corner, bottom front. The quilt cover has the lace trim around the edge and in a square on the front cover. There are bows in each corner of both rows. The sheet has ribbon but no bows.

The bassinet also has two flannel bottom sheets, two pure wool blankets hand stitched with blanket stitch, a specially measured quilt, a calico wheatie bag and pure cotton cover and a matching lavender sachet.

The lavender is grown in my garden and dried naturally above my fire.

Each bassinet I do will be unique and hopefully reflect the image of a traditional bassinet that the parents have. I consult by email and phone with photos to ensure that i am creating something that will last a family for, hopefully, generations.

At this point I do not provide the bassinets, but this is negotiable.

Every order mush be accompanied by a 50% deposit.

All bassinets will be couriered to the client or an appropriate agent - pick up is also allowable.
