Approximately 360 metres per 100g of soft New Zealand Alpaca 60%, Merino 20% and nylon 20% suitable for knitting socks.
Suitable for knitting, crochet or weaving.
The colour base is greys, blues and lime.
This yarn is dyed in a 12metre skein to create striped blocks of colour on socks and other small items.
Winding the skeins back into smaller hanks is quite time consuming so this procedure is reflected in the price.
These yarns are very limited. I usually use this style of dyeing for weaving scarves where the colours create interesting patterns too.
