Kete bags are traditional flax bags gifted to visitors and loved ones. Here, these traditional bags have been mounted onto 250gsm paper, creating stylish, handmade cards. Great for all occasions and perfect for sending overseas as a small reminder of home.

The ketes have been created from fabric, ribbon and mounted onto card. Due to the irregularities in patterns in the fabrics used, each kete is unique and created individually. Some kete are embellished with ribbon, paua and plastic tiki, whereas others have been left unadorned to let the fabric shine.

Each set of five cards features a kete created from each of the fabric styles pictured, with a coloured envelope for each card. The cards are A6 size (148mm x 105mm) and the inside is blank for you to add your own special message.
