The cutest wheatie to keep your bed/tummy/toes/aching muscles warm! Wheat-packs have endless uses. They last and last. This is an essential household product, especially in winter.

Typical uses for wheat-packs: aching muscle relief, bed warmer, sooth menstrual cramps, warming up a baby's bed, or even warming up the doggie's bed.

How to heat: simply place in microwave with a mug half-full of cold water, and cook on high at 1 or 2 minute intervals until the wheatie is at desired temperature. The cold water is necessary as the wheat can burn in a microwave if it's not dampened by the steam

How to clean: Once or twice a year or as often as you wish, through the washing machine cold/warm water or hand wash. Must be tumble-dried and never left to drip dry.

This wheatie: Outer fabric 100% cotton. Filler 100% wheat. Size 14cm x 42cm, each square is 14x14cm. Weighs around 900gms.
