And in my mind this Poncho's particular Free-form design, Curves and Flow only serve to evoke in one's mind even more the Sea that it's variegated colours are reminiscent of. It's Asymmetrical Curves bring to mind the unpredictability of the Sea, it's Asymmetrical Shoulder Wrap like a changeable wave hugging the body - only this wave promises to envelope the wearer with Cosy, Soft, Warmth. Living in an Island Nation and being of Pacific Island Heritage I can't help but be attracted to the shimmering colours of the Sea evident in this Mohair Blend - to me it represents Life, Beauty, Stunning Flora, the South Pacific all in one and has certainly been nothing short of Inspirational, helping me to create this Poncho that reflects all of those elements in the form of Mesmerising, seemingly Living, Wearable Art. Of all my Petal Stitch Ponchos this Poncho will probably be the hardest to give up. As with my other Asymmetrical Petal Stitch Ponchos, it boasts the same enticing qualities - Multi-Season wearability with it's Flowery and airy Petal Stitch design, Versatility for complimenting outfits for both Casual and Formal Occasions, and Modern Free-form Unique-ness. The cherry topping this culmination of Pasifika is the simple smooth-edged Rose on its shoulder, which one may note also bares a resemble to the Koru - a symbol of New Life for Maori.
