Registering on Felt

Registering on Felt is easy and completely free. All you need is a valid email address.

Click create an account link in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address and nominate a username for your account. Your username can be up to 12 characters, with no spaces or punctuation.

If you are planning to sell on Felt, your username will be the name of your shop and subdomain (see Using your Felt Subdomain for more details) so choose carefully as usernames cannot be changed later.

When you click Submit, you will be sent an email containing your password to log in. You can change this password once you’ve logged in. Passwords must be 6 to 12 characters long and contain a mixture of letters and numbers.

I haven't received my registration email, what do I do?

Your registration email may have intercepted by a spam or junk mail filter on your email account. If you are able to retrieve it, you will need to add Felt to your address book or list of friendly senders to ensure that you receive any future notifications. You may have to log in to your webmail to access your spam folder.
