Feedback from previous transactions will help you assess how reliable another member is. Once you have completed a transaction on Felt, it's important to place feedback that reflects your experience dealing with the other person.
Placing Feedback as a Buyer
To place feedback for a purchase you've made, log in to your account and select "items you've bought" under Purchases on your main account page. This will show you a list of all your purchases. To the right of each item on the list is a link to place feedback.
You will be asked to select a rating of "good", "okay" or "bad". You can also add a comment.
When you have entered all the information you want, click "save feedback" and you're done!
Placing Feedback as a Seller
To place feedback on a sale you've made, log in to your account and select "items you've sold (orders)" under Shop on your main account page. This will show you a list of all your orders. To the right of each item on the list is a link to place feedback.
You will be asked to select a rating of "good", "okay" or "bad". You can also add a comment.
When you have entered all the information you want, click "save feedback" and you're done!
