Labour weekend market in chch
i just found out about this craft market at labour weekend in orton bradley park...i havent been before and was just wondering if anyone had, and could give me some feedback about it - i have a contact for the fair if anyone is interested...i went and booked a market up in nelson before i knew of this one, so wont make it this year...
Also found out about the governors bay fete which is happening next march 2010, which a friend did last year that sounds great fun....so if anyone is interested just message me and i will get a contact for you... any other arty markets on that you hear about, i'd love to know! 0x0x0x justine  |

Labour weekend is notorious for being wet though!  The govs bay fete is a pretty small and sad affair. Anything that combines secondhand with handmade seems to be slow for me, prices I think. I'm going to try the Lyttelton market this saturday if the weather is fine. I'll let you know how it goes. |

hi there - didnt realise there was second hand stuff at the fete - might have to rethink that one...would love to know about how you go in lyttelton, been wondering about doing that one in november sometime...will message you with details for the orton bradley fair...

hey there just came across this snippet from facebook about knitworld in chch, keen to set up a market in their carpark...but are short of stalls - - apparently its $20 with a trestle table...i am going to ring and find out more about it on monday, so will update then
