I know some of you are rocking out with your fan pages on FB - moving right up there to hit the 100 fan mark.

For me, it's growing more slowly, though it's still a lot of fun. I think it's a great way to interact with people who like what I am doing, even if most of them at present are my friends. I'd like to hit 100 before I put out my next run of business cards. Does anyone have any tips etc for managing these pages and making the most out of them?

Send a will you be my fan request to all your personal fb friends and ask them to invite all their friends. I did that and within three days I had 50 fans, thanks to some very supportive and well connected friends. Worth a shot.

Oh yeah if you're doing a market/having a sale of old stock/ or have made some new stuff announce it on your page and invite fans to come and see you.

I've been adding your fan pages to Felt's favourite pages, as well as becoming a fan myself.

I've been adding you all as I see the posts, and will do some catch ups after I've recovered from the mammoth effort this week preparing for Craft Village. Will add peeps as favourite pages to my fan page then too.

But i think it's an essential think to grab that space as soon as you can

of course despite having all the friends in the world getting to 100 fans can be hard
i don;t seem to be able to get to that number for craft2.0 :/

Have just sorted my fan page out on Facebook (well at least I hope I have). Does anybody know how to put the direct link onto my Facebook page so they just have to click on the address?

SuperVery, there seem to be two fan pages for Craft2.0, so I hope I got the right one (it now has 60 fans, the other has 150+?).

Do you have one for SuperVery as well? I went looking but didn't find one.

Don't give up hope on hitting the 100 fan mark... the more people you become fans of the more likely they are to become fans of yours, and so the love spreads... hooray for free marketing I say!

Great thread, I have just created a business page on FB so am yet to have any fans (do you all feel sorry for me!).
