I have looked extensively around the sight and I can't seem to find how to begin a felt blog, Help please.

Its me again and I have found another query about setting up a blog. I should be clear I actually have a blog, blackballbling.blogspot.co.nz but I am sure I saw a feltshop that had a felt blog or is it only the admin who have a felt blog, can we have our own for our shop to be viewed within felt?
