I contacted Shelley on Saturday afternoon re a custom pink shark for my daughter's birthday. She responded immediately and by Sunday lunchtime the promised sharkie appeared in her felt shop ready for me to purchase! Wow! Amazing service! REALLY amazing vest!!!!!!!!!!!! Yet another piece i have bought from Shelley and that was lovingly designed and put together by her.... THAT i have purchased as a gift BUT will be keeping for my little one!!!!!
