This medicinal herbal vinegar is great at the first sign of a cough or cold or sore throat( also tastes wonderful on salads)
For winter ailments use a tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of filtered water, gargle and/ or sip throughout the day or as needed.
Winter Wonder Vinegar contains my favourite winter herbs (from my garden-organic of course);garlic, kawakawa, mullein, thyme, cayenne, plus onion,ginger-root and horseradish in a base of apple cider vinegar.
