Description

This bag is made from a vintage Liberty of London fabric printed with a masses of flowers in soft blues, beige, brown, and dusty pinks on coffee. It is lined with a rich purple cotton broadcloth, and has an internal pocket of the same vintage flower fabric for mobile phones and keys. It buttons closed with a vintage plastic button in dark purple. The top of the tote has been interfaced to add extra firmness, as have the straps.

It is a sturdy upholstery fabric that was once a curtain, so would be very durable. The straps have been triple-sewn in for extra durability and strength. The bag can carry a fair amount of things, mine takes a book, a magazine, a couple of DVD's, make up wallet, a few bits of fruit, and all those other little bits and bobs girls seem to carry, and there's still a little room left.

The bag is designed to either go over the shoulder or be carried (I'm 5'5" to give you an idea of strap length). It has been fully washed before sewing so can just be thrown into the washing machine if it gets soiled. It is 32cm across at the top, and expands to 48cm across at the bottom. It is 39cm tall, and then add straps.
