Description

Made entirely from vintage and re-loved fabrics. The top is a vintage cotton printed with a bright and cheerful floral design. The bottom part of the bag has a soft pre-loved suiting in muted greens, browns, and blues. It is lined with a flower pattern fabric in grays and greens on white, and has an internal pocket of the same vintage flower fabric as the outside for mobile phones and keys. The straps are the suiting as the bottom part, and the top of the inside is lined with this fabric as well. The bottom has been sewn into a box shape which makes the bag more rectangular. The straps have been triple-sewn in for extra durability and strength.

The floral fabric used for the outside is a vintage sheet, this has been interfaced to add extra firmness. The flower fabric used as the lining is also vintage sheet.

This bag is designed to go over the shoulder. It has been fully washed before sewing so can be thrown into the washing machine if it gets soiled, although I would recommend a wool or handwash. It is 33cm across at the top, but is 29.5cm at the bottom due to the box corners. It is 35cm tall, and has 64cm straps (so about 34cm from top of shoulder to bag).
